So with help of my theripist we started figuring out things for me to purchase that help me stay focused and keep on track doing work or in my day-to-day life. In this blog I’m going to show you a few tools that help me.
This year I wanted to really dive into how my brain works, so I picked up a book at the start of this year on ADHD, which you can check out in my book recommendations: Here
First thing I bought was a kitchen timer to help me wiht not looking at my phone so much to see time and then i would get distracted by something else so we helped curb that.
Next thing I bought was this yoga deck book when i get stress or overthinking I can pull a card and do a little yoga at my desk.
